The number of Civil Servant for the Lampung Provincial Government is 13,906 people

State Civil Servants (ASN) are government employees who are appointed by the Civil Service Development Officer (PPK) and assigned to a position in the government. In Lampung Province, there are 13,906 ASNs from the Lampung Provincial Government. The number of female ASNs is greater than male ASNs with a percentage of 53.52%, or 7,443 employees.

Based on the education completed, 59.20% of Lampung Provincial Government ASNs are S1/DIV graduates. The number of female ASNs at all levels of education is greater than male ASNs, except for high school education levels and below. At the elementary to high school levels, the number of male ASNs is almost 3 times the number of female ASNs, namely 1,274 ASNs.

More than 50% of Lampung Provincial Government ASNs have the rank of Administrator (Group III) with a total of 7,750 ASNs. Looking at the spaces in group III, the number of ASNs in Group III/d dominates with 3,576 ASNs, while the spaces in other group IIIs are under 1,700 people.
